We are seeking a Project Officer to manage and oversee lottery activities in collaboration with the product team. This role ensures seamless integration of lottery features into radio shows, effective social media management, and drives revenue growth through partnerships and listener engagement.
Benefit
Monthly salary: N250,000 (negotiable) + additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Oversee both basic and enhanced lottery services, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the product team to integrate lottery activities into radio programs.
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Create engaging content for lottery promotions using Canva.
- Post updates, feature winners, and respond to queries to maintain an active online presence.
Customer Relations:
- Ensure winners receive payouts and capture their stories for social media.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Revenue Growth:
- Track lottery revenue, analyze trends, and suggest strategies to increase profitability.
Jingle & Show Integration:
- Ensure lottery jingles and promotions are aired on time and seamlessly incorporated into radio schedules.
Cross-Promotion & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with local businesses for cross-promotions to boost engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor lottery participation, engagement, and revenue through a dashboard.
- Provide regular reports and performance reviews.
Technical Support:
- Coordinate with IT to ensure smooth operation of the lottery system.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with radio broadcasting and lottery systems is a plus.
- Experience in project management, revenue management, and financial reporting.
