Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment, including printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure.
- Participate in IT projects, such as software upgrades, system backups, and network security.
- Document and track support requests using the company’s helpdesk system.
- Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in IT support.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
