Role Overview
MAX is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Management Intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and assisting with various digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee and maintain MAX’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and curate compelling content (e.g., posts, videos, infographics) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to improve engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement social media campaigns and promotions.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing key insights.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Additional Duties
- Assist with other marketing activities such as email marketing, SEO optimization, and website updates.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for digital marketing with proficiency in social media platforms.
