Job Description

We are looking for a professional to develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and foster community engagement. The ideal candidate will also serve as a liaison between the company and customers, providing information about our products/services, answering inquiries, and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies based on competitive research and audience insights.
  • Create and share daily content (text, images, videos) to build strong community connections and engagement.
  • Optimize company pages on social platforms to boost visibility.
  • Moderate user-generated content, ensuring it aligns with community guidelines.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and content schedules.
  • Monitor social media metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Collaborate with customer relations and sales teams to manage the company’s reputation and coordinate actions.
