What You'll Do
Optimize Paid Advertising Channels:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine and optimize our paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
Work with CRM and Creative Teams:
- Dive deep into our CRM (HubSpot) and collaborate with our creative and content teams to enhance campaign performance and track cross-platform attribution effectively.
Contribute to Ad Creatives and Copy:
- Assist in creating visually engaging ad creatives and writing compelling ad copy that resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking, data analysis, and management.
- Ability to craft visually appealing ad creatives and write effective ad copy.
- Strong skills in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on campaign metrics.
- Proficiency in using formulas and analyzing data in Google Sheets.
- Knowledgeable in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.
- Quick thinker and fast talker: Our team moves fast, and clear, rapid communication is key.
